William LANGUILLAT
Lighting Designer, Stage Manager.
After training in various lighting, video, and framing techniques, he began his career in the performing arts in 2004.
It was mainly at Le Grand R in La Roche-sur-Yon and various venues across the Vendée region that he learned the tricks of the trade. There, he soon made connections that broadened his horizons and led him, too, to travel the roads of France.
Collaborations with various companies quickly followed one another. He designed the lighting and served as stage manager for performances including: Lames Sensibles / Cie Croche – Tout allait bien quand quelque chose de bizarre arriva / Cie Grizzli – Cartoon Frénésie and L’Affaire Moussorgsky / Cie A Toute Vapeur – Naïa – N.O.X / Cie Reper – Camille Combal and Virgin Radio at Poupet / Audio Sun.
Several facets are visible throughout his career. As stage manager, he has shared the adventure of Cie S’Poart, working on their shows: Rouge – Traces – Crossover – Butterfly.
Working as a host technician for venues in his region, he ensures that visiting companies can have their work carried out smoothly and under the best possible conditions.
William brings his technical and creative skills to an ever-growing range of performances. Theater, circus, music, dance—everything becomes an opportunity and subject for lighting design.
